It takes 21 days to form a new habit and 90 days to have a new lifestyle.
Today, it’s been 22nd day of my new morning yoga routine 🧘♀️ (and I’m not an early bird…) will it turn into a new lifestyle? I hope, especially when it’s followed with a cup of tasty coffee ☕️
